Program Overview

The CIET Quality Assurance Specialist Exam Prep Course is the first step towards becoming a certified Quality Assurance Specialist. The course provides participants with an overview of quality assurance principles and a review of sound business practices for QAs. 

During this 2-day course, participants prepare for the Quality Assurance Specialist Exam by learning to complete hands-on calculations and statistical analysis, how to interpret and understand quality control plans, and looking at the whole quality management process from design to delivery using the QAs competency profile. The CIET Quality Assurance Specialist Exam Prep Course is intended to prepare participants to take the Quality Assurance Specialist Exam.

  • Define the roles and responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Specialist. 
  • Perform quality assurance on all levels of residential energy audits. 
  • Fill the forms and reports related to the role of a Quality Assurance Specialist.
